The Daily Three
Wake-Up uses fast activation tasks such as arithmetic, pattern recognition and estimation. Focus uses attention and working-memory style tasks such as sequencing, analogy and logic. Judgment uses executive-thinking prompts such as prioritisation, decision-making and bias recognition.
Why these three moves
MindShot is built around cognitive domains commonly studied in psychology: attention, working memory, reasoning and executive control. It does not claim to diagnose, treat or clinically improve cognition.
Scoring
Answers are scored, and timing may affect the MindShot Score. The score is a product feedback mechanic, not an intelligence measure.
Sponsor Moment
Sponsor Moment appears before the ritual. Sponsor-visible duration is measured from Sponsor Moment shown to Sponsor Moment completed, and reporting is aggregate-only.
Privacy by design
MindShot has no login. Raw answers are not shared with sponsors. Reporting is aggregate-only.
